Ideal for Sound baths, Healing Therapy, Chakra Balancing, Energy Cleansing and Meditation. This Tibetan singing bowl produces a rich, harmonic tone through its vibrations. To create sound, gently rub the included mallet around the rim in a circular motion or strike the side of the bowl.

To create sound with a singing bowl, gently rub the mallet/ wooden stick that is included, in circular motion against the bowl's rim. (Comes with a Mallet but cushion is not included)
