Made with sage and are each hand wrapped using ethically sourced white sage, beeswax, local herbs, flowers and garden greens. They include includes a gold trinket that can be used as a necklace charm to remind you of your full moon intentions. Sage wands or “smudge sticks” have been used for thousands of years for spiritual practices.

Spiritually, sage is used to expel negative energy, combat stress and bring peace. We include beeswax in our sage wands because burning beeswax produces negative ions which combat allergens, bacteria, dander and mold in the air. Plus they smell great!

To use: light end on fire. Let burn for 10-20 seconds. Gently blow out and let smoke waft through your well ventilated space, self or item.
